3. If you're happy, I do the research (if I need to take longer than expected, I'll discuss with you first)
4. I call you back with the answer

ad hoc Remote Support

You can purchase remote time from me (in 1 hour chunks) to provide the following service:

1. you call me with your question
2. I tell you how much of your available time the answer is likely to use up (in 15 min chunks)
3. If you're happy, I connect to your computer remotely (if I need to take longer than expected, I'll discuss with you first)
4. I do what is required (with you watching if you like)
