Maths rewires your brain to think...

Being tutored in advance enables students to understand concepts more easily in maths lessons, therefore feel more confident, and then start to see maths as FUN.

All my sessions are fully remote, using Zoom, and I've noticed that, not only is this extremely effective, but also lessens any stress students might feel in a face to face session - all you'll need is a computer or tablet.

A little about me... My background is in both primary teaching, and computing.
I taught for 10 years in Brighton and then pursued a career as a consultant and trainer in computing for 20 years, specialising in operating systems, networks and mail systems.
I then returned to the classroom over 10 years ago, bringing with me a wealth of experience in both teaching and computing.

I am currently

• a primary teacher in the role of an HLTA, specialising in maths, through all age ranges
• a private tutor, having delivered well over 10,000 sessions (that number amazes me sometimes!), tutoring students from age 7 up to 16, specialising in GCSE maths, both foundation and higher
• a creator and publisher of lessons covering the entire curriculum but especially all things maths and computer related
